Use data to improve speed and accountability. ## From arrival to delivery—one connected workflow. INVENTORY is one of three READY HUB modules. Together with TRADE and DELIVERIES, it creates a seamless readiness pipeline that connects every department in your dealership. STEP 1 STEP 2 STEP 3 STEP 4 STEP 5 ### VEHICLE CHECK IN A vehicle added to the system is placed in the 'Approval Required' stage. To kick off the frontline-ready process, an *Inventory Manager* confirms vehicle details and applies a task plan. By default display priority, the first task list is Service Intake but can be easily modified and configured to a dealership's needs.  Depending on the task plan applied in step  - For new vehicles, there is a PDI to complete and dealer-installed accessories & add-ons. - For preowned vehicles, this often involves a recall check and safety inspection. ![Step 2 Service Intake for Vehicle Frontline Readiness](https://dealerbydesign.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Add%20a%20subheading%20-%202025-03-06T120555.046.png?width=541&height=406&name=Add%20a%20subheading%20-%202025-03-06T120555.046.png) ### LINE ITEM APPROVALS Service can easily add recommended and required line items, which your *Inventory Manager* can approve or deny. Notify others as soon as the vehicle is clean and ready for photos. Once all tasks are completed, the vehicle is marked as Frontline Ready (FLR).
