5 Steps to Frontline Ready

VEHICLE CHECK IN

A vehicle added to the system is placed in the 'Approval Required' stage.

To kick off the frontline-ready process, an Inventory Manager confirms vehicle details and applies a task plan. These plans can be set up for new & pre-owned.

Dealership Vehicle Reconditioning Step 1

SERVICE INTAKE

Once approved, the vehicle will be listed under the Active tab on the dashboard and can have tasks (and task lists) completed.

By default display priority, the first task list is Service Intake but can be easily modified and configured to a dealership's needs.

Depending on the task plan applied in step

  • For new vehicles, there is a PDI to complete and dealer-installed accessories & add-ons.

  • For preowned vehicles, this often involves a recall check and safety inspection.

Step 2 Service Intake for Vehicle Frontline Readiness

LINE ITEM APPROVALS

Service can easily add recommended and required line items, which your Inventory Manager can approve or deny.

When line items are approved, tasks are dynamically generated and watchlist users of affected task lists are notified.

Step 3 Service Line Item Approvals

PARTS & SERVICE REPAIR

Upon approval of a line-item, Parts and Service will be notified of the newly added tasks, tracked separately from Service Intake (Step 2) tasks.

Step 4 Parts and Service Repair Vehicle Reconditioning

DETAIL & MERCHANDISING

Easily track time applied to each vehicle or detailer output. Notify others as soon as the vehicle is clean and ready for photos.

Once all tasks are completed, the vehicle is marked as Frontline Ready (FLR).
